Rocha Fútbol Club adalah tim sepak bola profesional asal Uruguay yang berasal dari Rocha dan kini berkompetisi di Segunda División Uruguay.

Rocha adalah satu-satunya tim yang berasal dari luar ibu kota yang pernah berkompetisi di Piala Libertadores. Tim dibentuk pada 1999 dan berhasil promosi pada 2003.[1]

Berdirinya tim awalnya adalah hasil merger dari 40 tim yang berasal dari Departemen Rocha, antara lain:

  • 5 dari Chuy
  • 4 dari Velázquez
  • 5 dari Cebollatí
  • 4 dari La Coronilla
  • 4 dari Lazcano
  • 6 dari Castillos
