Rodney Graham "Rod" Sims AO (lahir 1950) adalah seorang tokoh ekonom dan mantan pegawai negeri berkebangsaan Australia. Sims pernah menjabat di lembaga pengaturan persaingan usaha, yaitu Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha dan Perlindungan Konsumen Australia (ACCC) dari tanggal 1 Agustus 2011 hingga 20 Maret 2022.
Sims disebut sebagai "orang yang paling membuat perusahaan ada di Australia ketar-ketir" sekaligus yang paling lama menjabat di ACCC menurut Australian Financial Review.[1]
