Rodos, (bahasa Yunani: Ροδος, translit. Rodos) adalah pulau terbesar dari kepulauan Dodecanese, dan pulau utama paling timur Yunani di Laut Aegea. Dia terletak kira-kira 11 mil (17,7 km) sebelah barat Turki, terletak antara daratan Yunani dan pulau Siprus.
Populasinya pada 2004 diperkirakan 130.000, di mana 60.000~70.000 tinggal permanen di kota Rhodes, pusat perdangan dan populasi. Rodos merupakan ibu kota dari Distrik Dodecanese dan Provinsi Rhodes, yang juga termasuk pulau sekitarnya, yaitu Symi, Tilos, Halki, dan Kastellorizo.
