Roland Freisler (30 Oktober 1893 – 3 Februari 1945) adalah seorang yuris dan hakim Jerman Nazi. Ia adalah Menteri Kehakiman Reich, dan Presiden Pengadilan Rakyat. Ia juga merupakan hadirin di Konferensi Wannsee pada 1942, yang menghasilkan Holocaust.
