Roman Osipovich Jakobson (bahasa Rusia: Рома́н О́сипович Якобсо́н; 11 Oktober 1896 – 18 Juli 1982)[1][2] adalah seorang pakar teori sastra dan linguis asal Rusia-Amerika. Ia dikenal sebagai perintis linguistik struktural yang menjadikannya sebagai salah satu linguis dengan pemikiran yang berpengaruh pada abad ke-20.
