Roti apel (Hanzi: 蘋果麵包; Pinyin: Píng Gǔo Mìan Bāo) adalah camilan vegetarian yang populer di Taiwan, biasanya dinikmati sebagai menu sarapan atau camilan ringan. Resepnya diciptakan oleh Liu Zheji (Hanzi: 劉哲基) dan tersedia secara luas di kantin sekolah, toko kelontong lokal, toserba, dan supermarket di seluruh Taiwan. Roti ini terinspirasi oleh ransum militer Amerika Serikat dan dibuat dari adonan yang diperkaya dengan bibit gandum dan telur.[1] Nama Roti Apel dipilih karena popularitas iklan Apple Sidra saat itu dan status apel sebagai buah langka dan berharga di negara tersebut pada tahun 1960-an.[2]
