Rubin Design Bureau

Rubin Central Design Bureau for Marine Engineering (Russian: Центральное конструкторское бюро "Рубин", shortened to ЦКБ "Рубин") di Saint Petersburg adalah salah satu dari tiga pusat utama desain kapal selam Rusia, dan dua lainnya adalah Biro Teknik Kelautan Malakhit dan Biro Desain Pusat Lazurit ("Lazurit" adalah kata Rusia untuk lazurite).

Rubin adalah yang terbesar di antara tiga pusat perancang kapal selam Soviet/Rusia, yang telah merancang lebih dari dua pertiga dari semua kapal selam nuklir di Angkatan Laut Rusia. "Rubin" (bahasa Rusia: Рубин) adalah kata Rusia untuk ruby.[1]
