Rusa berumbai (Elaphodus cephalophus) adalah sebuah spesies rusa kecil yang dicirikan dengan rumbai rambut hitam yang mencolok di dahinya, dan gigi taring yang panjang pada jantannya.[2] Spesies ini berkerabat dekat dengan kijang, hidup kurang lebih lebih jauh ke utara, pada daerah luas yaitu Tiongkok tengah dan Myanmar timur laut. Terkena dampak perburuan liar dan perusakan habitat, rusa ini dianggap sebagai spesies hampir terancam. Rusa ini adalah satu-satunya anggota pada genus Elaphodus.
