Russell George Tovey (lahir 14 November 1981)[1] adalah seorang pemeran asal Inggris dengan sejumlah penampilan film, televisi dan panggung. Tovey lebih dikenal atas perannya sebagai manusia serigala, George Sands dalam serial drama supranatural BBC Being Human.[2] Peran terkenal lainnya meliputi Rudge dalam versi panggung dan film dari The History Boys, Steve dalam stikom BBC Three Him & Her, Kevin Matheson dalam serial asli HBO Looking dan sebagai Henry Knight pada serial TV BBC Sherlock. Saat ini, ia berperan menjadi Harry Doyle dalam serial drama-cerita seru Quantico di jaringan ABC.[3]
