Brigadir Jenderal TNI (Purn.) dr. Ruswhandi, Sp.PD-KGEH. (lahir 3 Maret 1965) adalah seorang Purnawirawan TNI-AD yang terakhir menjabat sebagai Komite Hukum Perumahsakitan RSPAD Gatot Subroto.[1]
