SD Muhammadiyah Sapen

Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Sapen (SD Muhammadiyah Sapen) didirikan pada tanggal 1 Agustus 1967 di Kota Yogyakarta. Lahan yang dimiliki oleh SD Muhammadiyah Sapen seluas 5.835 m2 dengan bangunan seluas 5.200 m2.[1] Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Sapen sempat memiliki sebuah sekolah filial bernama Sekolah Dasar Muhammadiyah Condongcatur.[2]
