SMPN 157 Jakarta atau nama sempurnanya Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 157 Jakarta termasuk Sekolah unggulan di Jakarta Timur yang didirikan pada 14 Juli 1981 merupakan sebuah Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri yang terletak di Jl. Al Baidho I Lubang Buaya, Jakarta Timur, Indonesia. SMPN 157 Jakarta sering disingkat Salitu oleh masyarakat sekitar.

Tahun ini SMPN 157 memiliki gedung baru yang terletak di sebelah gedung utama. Di gedung baru terdapat 9 ruang yang digunakan untuk kepentingan sekolah.
