Kadipaten Sachsen-Jena adalah salah satu anggota Kadipaten-kadipaten Ernestine (Saxon) yang dikuasai oleh Wangsa Wettin. Didirikan pada tahun 1672 untuk Bernhard, putra keempat dari Wilhelm, Adipati Sachsen-Weimar, Kadipaten Sachsen-Jena bergabung kembali dengan Kadipaten Sachsen-Weimar karena kematian dari Johann Wilhelm dari Sachsen Jena di 1690.
