Sahachirō Hata (秦 佐八郎, Hata Sahachirō, 23 Maret 1873 – 22 November 1938) adalah seorang bakteriologis asal Jepang. Ia membantu pengembangan obat Arsfenamin pada 1909 di laboratorium Paul Ehrlich.
