Sai Parānjpye (Marathi: सई परांजपे) (lahir 19 Maret 1938) adalah seorang sutradara dan penulis naskah asal India. Ia adalah sutradara film-film pemenang penghargaan Sparsh, Katha, Chasme Buddoor dan Disha. Ia menulis dan menyutradarai beberapa drama Marathi seperti Jaswandi, Sakkhe Shejari, dan Albel.

Pemerintah India menganugerahi Sai dengan penghargaan Padma Bhushan pada 2006 atas pengakuan bakat artistiknya.[1]
