Samcan atau daging perut babi (bahasa Inggris: pork belly) adalah daging babi yang terdiri dari lapisan daging dan lemak. Olahan daging babi tersebut berasal dari bagian lemak perut babi. Samcan sering dianggap sebagai bagian babi yang paling enak. Samcan memiliki cita rasa yang sangat gurih. Rasa gurih itu berasal dari lemak yang berlapis-lapis dengan daging. Samcan biasanya diolah dengan cara digoreng kering dan garing atau dibuat babi panggang renyah atau babi kecap.[2]
