Hj. Samsiar, S.E. (lahir 19 September 1962) adalah politikus Partai Golkar dan pernah menjabat sebagai anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara periode 2009—2014 dan 2014—2019.[1]

Kehidupan pribadi

Samsiar merupakan putri pertama dari lima bersaudara dari pasangan Bapak Alm. M. Arifin dan Ibu Almh. Hj. Siti Raya. ia menikah pada tahun 1981 dengan Alm. Susan Wijaya dan telah dikaruniai tiga orang anak yaitu, Wily Susanti, Kiki Chandra, Ike Sari Karnia.[2]
