Satsuki Eda (江田 五月, Eda Satsuki, 22 Mei 1941 – 28 Juli 2021)[1][2] adalah seorang politikus Jepang yang merupakan anggota oposisi pertama yang menjabat sebagai Presiden Dewan Penasihat Jepang. Eda telah menjabat selama tiga periode di Dewan Penasihat sebelum akhirnya menjadi presiden dewan tersebut pada 7 Agustus 2007, setelah keberhasilan Partai Demokrat dalam pemilihan umum Dewan Penasihat Jepang pada Juli 2007. Ia sebelumnya menjabat selama empat periode di Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Jepang. Eda juga pernah menjadi kepala Badan Sains dan Teknologi.[3]
