Saurornitholestes ("penucuri burung-kadal") adalah sebuah genus dinosaurus theropoda dromaeosaurid karnivor dari periode Kapur Akhir di Kanada (Alberta) dan Amerika Serikat (Montana, New Mexico, Alabama, North Carolina dan South Carolina).

Terdapat dua spesies yang telah dinamai: Saurornitholestes langstoni pada 1978 dan Saurornitholestes sullivani pada 2015. Saurornitholestes merupakan sejenis dinosaurus bipedal kecil pemakan daging, dengan cakar-sabit di kakinya.

Genus ini adalah dinosaurus yang kecil, dengan spesies tipenya, S. langstoni hanya memiliki panjang 1,3–1,8 m (4 ft 3 in – 5 ft 11 in) dan berat sekitar 5 dan 22,5 kg (11 dan 50 pon).[3][4] di pinggul Saurornitholestes memiliki tinggi 60 cm (2 ft).
