Sean Patrick Duffy (lahir 3 Oktober 1971) adalah seorang anggota kongres dan pembawa acara Fox Business yang dipilih oleh Presiden terpilih Amerika Serikat Donald Trump menjadi Menteri Transportasi Amerika Serikat pada 18 November 2024, dan akhirnya resmi menjadi Menteri Transportasi setelah disetujui oleh senat pada tanggal 28 Januari 2025. Sebelumnya Duffy bertugas di DPR AS dari 2011 sampai 2019, mewakili daerah pemilihan VII Wisconsin.

Ia menjadi salah satu pembawa acara The Bottom Line di Fox Business, setelah pertama kali bergabung dengan Fox News sebagai kontributor pada tahun 2020.[1]
