Sean Patrick Hayes[2] (lahir 26 Juni 1970)[1] adalah seorang pemeran, pelawak dan produser Amerika Serikat. Ia dikenal karena memerankan Jack McFarland pada sitkom NBC Will & Grace.[3][4] Ia juga menjalankan perusahaan produksi televisi bernama Hazy Mills Productions, yang memproduksi acara-acara seperti Grimm, Hot in Cleveland, The Soul Man, dan Hollywood Game Night.
