Sedevacantisme
Sedevacantisme adalah posisi, yang dipegang oleh umat Katolik tradisionalis,[1][2] bahwa orang yang menduduki Tahta Suci pada masa sekarang bukanlah Sri Paus yang sebenarnya karena gereja arus utama dianggap telah terjerumus dalam bidaah modernisme dan bahwa, karena Paus yang ada dianggap tidak sah, tahta tersebut dianggap telah lowong sejak kematian Paus Pius XII pada 1958.
Istilah "sedevacantisme" berasal dari frasa Latin sede vacante, yang secara harfiah artinya "dengan kursi [dari Santo Petrus] yang lowong".[3]
