Mal ini dibuka pada bulan Agustus 2013 dengan nama 1 Segamat. Pada tahun 2016, kepemilikan mal ini perindah tangan dari EcoFirst Consolidated Bhd. kepada Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust seharga MYR104 juta.[1]

Mal ini mempunyai luas lantai sebesar 26,000 m2.[2]
