Sekobarbital atau sekobarbiton (sebagai garam sodium, awalnya dipasarkan oleh Eli Lilly and Company untuk pengobatan insomnia, dan kemudian oleh perusahaan-perusahaan lain, dengan nama merek Seconal) adalah sebuah obat barbiturat yang dipatenkan pada 1934 di Amerika Serikat.[3] Di Britania Raya, obat tersebut dikenal sebagai kuinalbarbiton. Obat tersebut paling sering dipakai sebagai obat dalam bunuh diri dengan bantuan dari dokter di Amerika Serikat.
