Sekolah Menengah Teologi Kristen (disingkat SMTK) adalah jenjang pendidikan menengah pada pendidikan formal di Indonesia yang setara dengan Sekolah Menengah Atas. Pengelolaannya dilakukan oleh Kementerian Agama. Jenjang kelas dalam waktuh tempuh Sekolah Menengah Teologi Kristen sama seperti Sekolah Menengah Atas.
Pada tahun kedua (kelas 11), siswa SMTK memilih salah satu dari 4 jurusan, yaituː Ilmu Alam, Ilmu Sosial, Ilmu-ilmu Keagamaan Kristen, dan Bahasa. Pada akhir tahun ketiga (kelas 12), siswa diwajibkan mengikuti Ujian Nasional.
