Shannon Walker (lahir 4 Juni 1965) adalah seorang ilmuwati Amerika Serikat dan antariksawati NASA yang misi antariksa pertamanya adalah Ekspedisi 24 di Stasiun Antariksa Internasional yang lepas landas pada 15 Juni 2010.[1] Pada Maret 2017, NASA mengumumkan bahwa Walker akan dilatih sebagai bekingan untuk Joseph Acaba pada Ekspedisi 53/54 ke Stasiun Antariksa Internasional.[2]
