Sheberghān (bahasa Persia: شبرغان) adalah ibu kota Provinsi Jowzjan di Afganistan utara.

Kota Sheberghan berpenduduk 175.599 jiwa.[3] Ini memiliki empat kabupaten dan total luas lahan 7.335 hektar.[4] Jumlah total tempat tinggal di Sheberghān adalah 19.511.

Sheberghān adalah lokasi pembantaian Dasht-i-Leili pada bulan Desember 2001 selama invasi AS ke Afganistan di mana 250 hingga 3.000 (tergantung sumber) tahanan Taliban ditembak atau dicekik sampai mati dalam kontainer truk logam, saat dipindahkan oleh Amerika dan Tentara Aliansi Utara dari Kunduz ke penjara Sheberghān.
