Shi Zhengli (Hanzi sederhana: 石正丽; Hanzi tradisional: 石正麗; lahir 26 Mei 1964) adalah seorang virologis Tiongkok yang meneliti koronavirus mirip SARS yang berasal dari kelelawar. Shi mengarahkan Pusat Penyakit Infeksi Darurat di Institut Virologi Wuhan, sebuah laboratorium keamanan biologis tingkat 4 yang terletak di Distrik Jiangxia, Wuhan. Pada 2017, Shi dan koleganya Cui Jie menemukan bahwa SARS koronavirus tampaknya berasal dari populasi kelelawar di wilayah terpencil Yunnan.[1] Ia dikenal dalam pers populer sebagai "Batwoman" pada pandemi COVID-19 atas kerjanya dalam bidang koronavirus kelelawar.[2]
Shi masuk dalam 100 Tokoh Paling Berpengaruh tahun 2020 menurut majalah Time.[3]
