ShopBack adalah start up portal perdagangan elektronik dari Singapura yang memanfaatkan program komisi cashback.[1]
Kantor pusat ShopBack berada di Blk71, di bawah kepemilikan dari NUS Enterprise. Mereka didukung oleh NUS Enterprise dalam bentuk infrastruktur dan sumber daya di bawah program inkubasi mereka.[2]
Untuk putaran pertama pendanaan modal benih (seed funding), ShopBack mengumpulkan lebih dari USD $ 500.000.[3] Pada bulan Maret 2015, ShopBack menerima dana investasi lanjutan sebesar USD $ 600.000 dari East Ventures dan Accel X,[4]
Tim pendiri ShopBack berasal dari Rocket Internet.[5] ShopBack berkolaborasi dan bermitra dengan beberapa perusahaan seperti bank dan perusahaan telekomunikasi.[6][7][8]
ShopBack dianugerahi “Vulcan Post ‘Most Promising Start up To Look Out For In 2015” di survei “Reader’s Choice Awards” pada tahun 2014.[9] Pada acara penghargaan “Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation's (SITF)” yang diadakan pada bulan Oktober 2015, ShopBack dianugerahi dua penghargaan, mengantongi penghargaan perak untuk “Best Innovative Infocomm Product (Consumer)” dan penghargaan emas untuk “Best Innovative Start-up (Growth Stage)”.[10]
