Shushanik (bahasa Armenia: Շուշանիկ, bahasa Georgia: შუშანიკი, bahasa Slavonia Gerejawi Kuno: Шушаника (Shushanika)[1]), nama lahir Vardeni Mamikonian (s. 440 – 475) adalah seorang wanita Kristen Armenia yang disiksa sampai mati oleh suaminya Varsken di kota Tsurtavi, Georgia. Semenjak ia wafat karena mempertahankan haknya untuk menganut Kristen, ia dipandang sebagai martir. Kemartirannya dikisahkan dalam karya hagiografi Jacob, menjadikannya karya tertua yang masih ada dari sasatra bahasa Georgia.
