Siegfried Stohr (lahir 10 Oktober 1952) merupakan seorang mantan pembalap Formula Satu asal Italia. Ia sempat berpartisipasi dalam 13 balapan F1 di musim 1981 dengan hasil nol poin. Ia hanya bergabung dengan satu tim saja yaitu Arrows mendampingi Riccardo Patrese. Sebelum masuk ke ajang Formula 1, Stohr merupakan juara Formula 3 musim 1978.
