Simca (bahasa Prancis: Société Industrielle de Mécanique et Carrosserie Automobile; Perusahaan Manufaktur Bodi Mekanik dan Otomotif) adalah perusahaan mobil Prancis, didirikan pada November 1934 oleh Fiat dan disutradarai dari Juli 1935 hingga Mei 1963 oleh Henri Théodore Pigozzi dari Italia. Simca berafiliasi dengan Fiat dan, setelah Simca membeli aktivitas Ford di Prancis, semakin dikendalikan oleh Grup Chrysler.

Pada tahun 1970, Simca menjadi anak perusahaan dan merek Chrysler Eropa, mengakhiri masa jabatannya sebagai perusahaan independen. Simca menghilang pada tahun 1978, ketika Chrysler melepaskan operasinya di Eropa ke produsen mobil Prancis lainnya, PSA Peugeot Citroën. PSA mengganti merek Simca dengan Talbot setelah periode singkat ketika beberapa model dicap sebagai Simca-Talbots.
