Sinkokain (INN/BAN) atau dibukain (USAN) adalah anestesi lokal golongan Amida. Di antara obat anestesi lokal jangka panjang yang paling ampuh dan beracun, penggunaan sinkokain saat ini umumnya terbatas pada anestesi tulang belakang dan topikal.[1][2]

Kegunaan dalam Medis

Sinkokain adalah bahan aktif dalam beberapa krim bawasir topikal.[3] Obat ini juga merupakan komponen obat hewan "Somulose", yang digunakan untuk eutanasia kuda dan sapi.

Sinkokain relatif tidak larut dalam larutan berair alkali.
