Sir Alan Frederick "Tommy" Lascelles GCB GCVO CMG MC (11 April 1887 – 10 Agustus 1981) adalah seorang abdi dan pelayan sipil Inggris yang memegang beberapa jabatan pada paruh pertama abad kedua puluh, yang berpuncak dalam jabatannya sebagai Sekretaris Pribadi untuk Raja George VI dan kemudian Ratu Elizabeth II. Ia menulis Prinsip-prinsip Lascelles dalam sebuah surat tahun 1950 kepada penyunting The Times, menggunakan nama pena "Senex".
