Hormon pelepas hormon pertumbuhan atau somatokrinin (bahasa Inggris: growth-hormone-releasing hormone [GHGH], growth-hormone-releasing factor [GRF/GHRF]) adalah hormon stimulator bagi hormon pertumbuhan (GH). GHRH merupakan hormon peptida yang disekresi secara berkala seperti denyut nadi, oleh neuron infudibular yang terletak pada area mediobasal dari kelenjar hipotalamus.[1] GHRH menstimulasi produksi dan sekresi hormon GH dengan meningkatkan penyerapannnya pada dinding sel adenohipofisis.
