Sompil

Sompil merupakan salah satu makanan tradisional yang berasal dari Kabupaten Trenggalek, Jawa Timur. Secara umum, Sompil berbahan dasar lontong yang disajikan bersama sayur lodeh (umumnya berisi labu siam, kacang panjang, dan santan berbumbu), namun kini penyajian sayur juga lebih bervariasi.[1] Salah satu ciri khas masakan ini adalah penambahan bubuk kari yang terbuat dari kedelai.[2]
