Spencer Perceval (1 November 1762 – 11 Mei 1812) adalah seorang negarawan dan Perdana Menteri Britania Raya. Ia adalah satu-satunya perdana menteri Britania yang tewas dibunuh.
Dia ditembak di lobi parlemen oleh seorang pria bekas pedagang yang pernah dipenjarakan di Rusia selama 5 tahun.
Perceval dikubur pada 16 Mei di Charlton. Proses pemakamannya merupakan pemakaman pribadi atas permintaan istrinya.
