Stadion Cornella-El Prat (bahasa Katalan: [əsˈtaði kurnəˈʎa əɫ ˈpɾat]) adalah stadion sepak bola yang terletak di pinggiran Cornellà de Llobregat, dekat Barcelona, Katalonia, Spanyol.
Stadion ini adalah kandang dari klub sepak bola RCD Espanyol menggantikan Stadion Olimpiade Lluís Companys dan merupakan stadion kedelapan dalam sejarah klub. Stadion ini memiliki kapasitas 40,500 tempat duduk.
Pembangunan stadion ini membutuhkan waktu tiga tahun dengan biaya sekitar 60 juta euro dan selesai pada musim panas tahun 2009
