Stasiun Shanghai (Hanzi sederhana: 上海火车站; Hanzi tradisional: 上海火車站; Pinyin: Shànghǎi Huǒchēzhàn; Dialek Shanghai: Zånhae Hutsuzae) adalah salah satu dari empat stasisun kereta api besar di Shanghai, Tiongkok, yang lainnya adalah stasiun Shanghai Selatan, stasiun Shanghai Hongqiao, dan stasiun Shanghai Barat (Shanghaixi).
Stasiun tersebut terletak di Jalan Moling, Distrik Jing'an, utara pusat kota tersebut. Stasiun tersebut diurus oleh Biro Perkeretaapian Shanghai dan merupakan salah satu tempat paling penting dari jaringan kereta api di Tiongkok.
