Stepan Fyodorovich Shutov (Rusia: Степан Фёдорович Шутов; 30 Januari 1902 – 17 April 1963) adalah seorang kolonel Tentara Merah dan Pahlawan Uni Soviet ganda. Shutov berjuang dalam Perang Saudara Rusia dan Perang Polandia–Soviet.[1][2]
