Shu-Ilishu (bahasa Akkadia: Šu-ilišu;[nb 1] pada sekitar tahun 1920 SM — skt. 1911 SM oleh kronologi Timur Dekat Kuno pendek, atau skt. 1984 SM — skt. 1975 SM oleh kronologi tengah) merupakan penguasa kedua Dinasti Pertama Isin. Ia memerintah selama sepuluh tahun (sesuai dengan nama tahun yang masih ada dan satu salinan Daftar Raja Sumeria,[i 1] yang berbeda dari dua puluh tahun yang dicatat oleh orang lain.)[i 2][1] Šu-ilišu didahului oleh Išbi-erra. Iddin-Dagān kemudian menggantikan Šu-ilišu. Šu-ilišu terkenal karena pengambilan kembali kultus idola Nanna dari Elam dan kembalinya ke negara kota Ur.
