Suku Busami merupakan suku bangsa yang mendiami daerah pantai utara Irian Jaya dan sebagian pesisir Pulau Yapen. Suku ini masuk dalam Kecamatan Yapen Barat dan Yapen Selatan, Kabupaten Yapen Waropen, Provinsi Papua, Indonesia. Jumlah populasinya sekitar 600 jiwa.[1]
