Suku Dem merupakan suku bangsa yang mendiami sebelah barat Pegunungan Jayawijaya. Suku ini termasuk dalam Kecamatan Sinak dan Beoga, Kabupaten Paniai, Papua Tengah, Indonesia. Jumlah populasinya sekitar 1.000 jiwa.[1] Suku Dem yang juga dikenal sebagai Suku Lem atau orang Ndem berjumlah 1.600 jiwa. Mereka menggunakan bahasa utama Dem.[2]
