Sungai Quan adalah sungai utama di provinsi Henan, Cina. Sungai ini merupakan anak sungai terbesar dari Sungai Ying yang merupakan bagian dari sistem DAS Sungai Huai. Panjang totalnya sekitar 241 km, 120 km di antaranya di bagian hulu juga disebut Sungai Fen. Sungai ini mengalir ke Sungai Ying di provinsi Anhui[1].
