Super 14 adalah kompetisi uni rugbi terbesar di belahan Bumi selatan, terdiri dari empat tim Australia (Queensland Reds, New South Wales Waratahs, ACT Brumbies dan Western Force), lima tim Selandia Baru (The Blues, The Chiefs, The Hurricanes, The Crusaders dan The Highlanders) dan lima tim Afrika Selatan (The Cheetahs, The Stormers, The Sharks, The Lions dan The Bulls). Keempat belas tim bertanding satu sama lain dalam musim reguler tanpa sistem divisi atau kelompok. Dengan masing-masing tim diberikan satu minggu, fase kompetisi ini berjalan selama empat belas minggu.
