Suwella
Kue suwella atau kue taripang adalah salah satu kudapan khas Bugis-Makassar di Sulawesi Selatan. Kue dengan rasa manis ini dibuat dengan cara digoreng.[1] Kue ini biasanya ditaburi dengan parutan kelapa dan dihidangkan bersama dengan minuman kopi.[2]
Sejarah
Kue taripang dipercaya sudah dikenal di masyarakat Sulawesi Selatan sejak abad ke-15.[2]
