Tabib

Tabib adalah seseorang tanpa gelar profesi di bidang kesehatan yang mempraktikkan pengobatan dengan cara tradisional, biasanya memanfaatkan tanaman obat dan kekuatan sugesti. Meskipun secara teknis tidak memiliki legitimasi, tabib seringkali dianggap lebih terlibat dalam proses penyembuhan serta membuat pasien merasa lebih nyaman daripada praktisi lainnya.[1] Saat pengobatan modern lebih sering diterapkan, beberapa orang masih mencari tabib untuk berkonsultasi terkait penggunaan obat tradisional.[2]
