Petaurista atau tando adalah genus hewan pengerat dalam keluarga Sciuridae. Mereka adalah bajing terbang berukuran besar hingga sangat besar yang ditemukan di hutan dan habitat hutan lainnya di Asia selatan dan timur. [1]

Seperti bajing terbang lainnya, mereka kebanyakan aktif di malam hari dan mampu meluncur (tidak benar-benar terbang seperti kelelawar ) jarak jauh di antara pepohonan dengan menyebarkan patagium, kulit di antara anggota tubuh mereka. Mereka terutama memakan bahan tumbuhan, tetapi juga memakan hewan kecil seperti serangga. [2]
