Teluk New York (Inggris: New York Bay) adalah istilah kolektif untuk wilayah perairan di sekitar mulut Sungai Hudson menuju Samudra Atlantik. Dua komponen terbesarnya ialah Teluk New York Hulu dan Teluk New York Hilir yang terhubung oleh The Narrows. Orang Eropa pertama yang menemukan wilayah ini adalah Giovanni da Verrazano pada tahun 1524.
Istilah New York Harbor kadang disamakan dengan New York Bay.
