Terapi partikel alfa bertarget

Terapi partikel alfa bertarget adalah sebuah metode pengembangan terapi radionuklida bertarget untuk berbagai kanker. Metode tersebut menggunakan zat radioaktif yang mana mengalami peluruhan alfa untuk mengobati jaringan yang sakit dalam jarak dekat.[1] Metode tersebut memiliki potensi untuk memberikan perawatan tepat sasaran, terutama untuk sel-sel tumor mikroskopis. Sasarannya meliputi leukemia, limfoma, glioma, melanoma, dan karsinomatosis peritoneum.[2]
